i think the choice of font does not go well. it should have been a clearer font that can be easily read.

as for the image, from far it looks fab but nearer, it isnt really that well cut. each individual image should have been paid more attention to and gotten rid of ugly edges.

on the whole, the layout is awkward - the boxy-rectangular grey area. if you want an obvious difference between the grey for the text and the red as the bg, you should also try including the profile box inside the grey.
