HELLOOS, i'm back with a new skin.
Currently busy with schoolwork so cant do a skin.
Aww, my blogskins account seems to be rawting drastically.

#18: Balloons, set me free! :D
Best viewed on Internet Explorer.
Image and brushes from deviantart, but i've forgotten the user and owner of it.
Base codes reference from elcair-x.
This skin is basically designed with different colours.
There is a slight preview error with the codes alignment if you can notice.
But it looks perfectly alright on blogger.
