my second skin, but it might probably be worse than my first in terms of the picture .

and firstly, i know the picture's too bright, when i was drawing it , it felt okay, but afterwards while i was testing it i saw that it was too bright, and i was half finishing. so i decided to finish it but im not going to expect high ratings/downloads, and you dont need to remind me that it's too bright . ;X

secondly, its VERY simple. so if you love or are crazy over complicated blogskins, please dont rate mine unfairly ;X .
