dis skin looks so messy. haha.. coz i juz placed those brushes at any places in the template. white, black & different shades of pink are used for dis skin.

The things I'd give you to improve are the fonts which - excuse the terminology - look chavvy... oh, and if I were you I'd make the fonts bigger, as well as emphasise the blog titles/headers etc. But I know how to tweak the HTML for that, so that isn't the reason you haven't got the full 5*.
