1. OH. if you find the navbar space weird. well just copy the code and put it into yr blogger. set the Navbar colour black. and preview it. TADA it looks great! =P
2. please host the image on yr own?
3. for extra credits you might wanna check the profile
4. report any error, i'd gladly look into it. =P
