I don't think you're allowed to use an image that has a copyright sign on it. This could be considered as copyright infringement, unless you've asked the original artist for permission to use the photo.

Even if you are allowed to use it, you should credit the original artist, not just deviantart's homepage.
I'm sure you know that? Unless this is your first time making skins and posting it on Blogskins.
