My 1st skin on Toma Ikuta !!
i'm just a beginner so please forgive me if it doesn't
look right.. =X
btw the background and stuff is edited solely using
microsoft paint cause i don't have adobe photoshop .

the skin is only tested on IE so i'm sorry if it doesn't work on firefox or on anything other than IE D=
