#6 The Azure Blue

Currently into Vector drawings. So did this during my free time, since I had nothing to do.
It's supposed to be just a drawing, but I decided to make a blogskin instead ! So here it is !
I'm currently using it too ! :D Hahhas

This image is done 95% by me.
There are a few brushes used. Mainly the stars at the background, the paint splats and the dotted lines. I'm not sure which website I got it from xP
So my sincere apologies to them.
