Floating boxes

A simple, but distinctive css-based design. The color scheme is a pleasant-on-the-eyes blue/gray/white. Using the Z-index property, individual sidebar boxes (which can be used for your various links) are layered on top of the main posting box. Looks like absolute crud in Netscape 4.x and other non-CSS compatible browsers.
