Balloon fantasy!

It has been ages since i've submitted a skin!
I did this skin awhile back though, just
didn't want to submit it, hehe.
Hope fully your will like it.
Comments on how to improve are much appreciated

This skin looks almost exactly like
detonatedlove♥'s skin. Basically, i got most of the sources from her skin.
