I don't know what else to describe about this skin. About the picture, it was scanned from a magazine but I can't seem to recall which...because it was scanned a few years back and had been sitting there in my computer for...ages.
Anyway, rate and comment appropriately based on the overall view of the skin.

By the way, I don't know if there's a preview error because it looks fine to me-I'm using IE.
