zomglol I think I am going to make Chinese skins for life. Perhaps? =_=

Yep this is a very very simple skin, but I spent lots of precious time on the codes, because I don't work with navi skins often and I also invented a new "extraordinary" layout hehe for this skin...

Hmmm I was inspired by Supererogatory. {Le.Romantique} (http://www.blogskins.com/info/189201)
for the hovers of the different sections. =D Thanks!

The hovers weren't supposed to work in IE, but after a struggle in finding solutions, yay finally it worked lol.

The text in the design translates as:
