i think you shouldn't use an image for a background.
moreover the image quality is bad.
the red title doesn't fit in the skin too.

and maybe red shouldnt be used for the 'title' part
cause it doesnt seem to fit much

Don't EVER repeat the background image, and the image quality isn't that good.
This can actually be made to a navi. skin.
and it is nicer if changed.
however, the layout is good.
