Happy happy (Re-submitted!)

Hello guys. The previous sg/happy happy skin has some preview errors, and when I preview it, it still has the error so please preview the one that is re-submitted.

This time round I did not do quite a good skin, but I will definetely work harder for the next skin! Anyway please rate it and type at the comments' section so if I need any improvement I will try my best to improve.

i love the image.. quite nice
but add colours to the borders so
it looks neater.

the black colour does not seem to match the white background and seems to be like not blended well but it is nice:D
