Hey everyone :)

I'm here to submit my last blogskin before my O levels .

Well, i created this skin because i wanted to help my brother do one, and he said he like those starry starry typed of skins. and so, tada, i came up with this skin .

it may not be as nice as you think,
but pls consider the effort i put in just to make the animations work. so dont rate me down just because you think it's ugly/plain or whatsoever.

Basecodes credited accordingly and it would be appreciated if you dont remove the credits.
