#22. The city which never sleeps

Hello, sorry for not contributing for such a long time. I had been rather busy this while, and I dont know why im making skins 2 days before PSLE. lol. Maybe I'll continue skin making aft PSLE.

The picture in this skin was drawn by me, from scratch. Please do not rate me down cause of the size of the window shapes or the non-smoothness of the aeroplane ._. im sorry. Anyway, it was done in Paint and I used my mouse to draw it. Its my first time, anyway. The moving thing was done in Photoscape[: and basecodes are from xo-fate.

do your usual drills, and please give me comments to help me improve. Till next time~
