I'm back, maybe. :P

Here's a remake of my highly downloaded skin, Cute Raindroppies.

It works in Firefox and IE, unlike the previous one. Enjoy!

Issues to address (if any):
Looks weird in preview using IE.
Don't worry, it works in Blogger.

I don't like it, too childish.
