ahm.. you can use GIMP. although not as good as Adobe Photoshop CS2/CS4, it still has the main cropping tools. and yup. ur real good in paint!! 8D

Nicely done.
Though the circles look rough and pixelised along the edges.
Other than that it's quite nicely edited for paint.
