-SPA- Burst Of Colors {23}

My 23rd Skin, and 2nd skin for today~ Check out my other skins too ya?

Anyways, I have decided to make another one of those brightly colored skins with loud brushes this time round, like Rainbow City (check out my skins) instead of just black and white like the others.

This is a navi skin, so I hope you like it...Took me around 2 hours to complete making and coding...

READ THIS ALRIGHT.

First of all...The skin is perfectly fine in blogger, and you should view it by pressing F1 on your keyboard to see how it looks like on Blogger.

Second: The misalignment is only when you preview it here, it WORKS FINE ON BLOGGER (I can't emphasize this enough cause there are idiots who don't READ).
