I swear this is the last time I'll make 2 skins of the same style.

The text in chinese was said by Sakura:

"也许。。。等羽毛都找齐了。。。小狼先生的一切。。。。我一定都能像起来。一定能够。。。。。"

It means:

"Maybe... when all the feathers are found..... I'll remember everything about Syaoran-kun. I definitely will"

It was taken from a chapter in the Outo Arc, the part where she remembers but the memory is immediately erased from her.
