This skin is not self-coded, cause I had this layout in mind but had no idea how to do it, plus I can't do navigational script :/
So I used basecodes from darkdegree.
Wish I didn't have to, rah.

AND IT IS FINALLY OKAY IN BOTH IE AND FF I'M SO HAPPY :D

Yes I'm fully aware that splendor in Singapore is spelt "splendour" but when I typed it out I forgot so it turned out to be "splendor".
But it is American spelling and is still legal hoho :D
