number SIXTEEN. Vegas Skies [lj series]

this skin is suppose to be like livejournal. inspiration came from my friend's livejournal. i've included a header bar on top too to give it the "live journal feel" haha. okay this song is called "Vegas Skies" by THE CAB. i coded this myself and as i've said before, i do not allow people to use my codes as base codes even if you edit them. sorry, i just dont like to see skins that look like mine. rate, comment, fave, whatever. hope you like it.
