a Jay Chou skin. x)) first time usin special effects on font. the first time makin a 1024 x 768 resolution skin. heh. sorri if its untidy n messy, cuz the pics of jay were huge. =/ horizontal scrollbar is disabled. =DD

NOTE: if ur screen resolution is not 1024 x 768, i advise u not to download it cuz it has no horizontal scrollbar. xDD
so dun come whinin at mi if u cant scroll sideways, blah blah blah.
