my twentyfourth skin

message:
i remember some time ago i wanted to do a windstruck skin after my 'my sassy girl' skin. so here it is. this time, no speech bubbles. just some wires hanging around in my skin. the scrollbars will disappear when this skin is used in blogger.
please comment and rate this skin.
