4th skin!!!! Lol progressing pretty fast, if I say so myself. This is a pretty big file, and they as small as I can press them. I used a lot of stuff from Shabby Princess, but I can't remember exactly which kits I used. I was inspired by the colourful notice boards in my school, and I was wondering what it would be like if it's a blogskin, and a bit of poppy art type colours and clash. Very notice board like, to me. You can see everything here, though no profile. Again, there's no title, so you people adjust the skin for whatever theme. And the frames are for you to put your pictures. I wanted to make it easier, so I used square frames this time. The arrow in the tag frame can be filled too, like I said, everything is left to your imagination.
