i agree with critic.
make sure the width of the picture matches the width of the bottom column.
there are also very obvious breaks in the background which, like critic said, makes it look messy.
whats with the random blinking heart at the right side beneath the columns?
lastly, i'm just saying, so forgive me if im accusing wrongly, but please credit if those basecodes are not yours.

well, overall for a first skin, it is not that bad
but I did not like it.
I'm going to speak to you honestly because I have youur best interests at heart.

first of all,
you have a picture at the top saying welcome to my LOVEly place
I don't mind you putting it there as I think that is the concept you want to give to the skin
but, please bare in mind that in order to make it neater or nicer,
please align the size of the picture to the bottom column.
the background is sweet,
but please try and make it less obvious that it is repeated,
only because it looks messy [:
