Light It Up { by } OCTOBERmess

This is the second time I'm using Photoshop to edit an image. Usually my images are edited in Photoscape. ( when any editing is involved of course )

I know my choice in colours is crap. & the image looks like crap too. It looks way... unmatching. Some times I think I'm colour-blind. No means of offence to the real colour-blinds.

Anyway, this is also the first time I'm submitting a skin that is so... elaborate. My skins are usually very very simple.
