I want write some this about the after sell Service of Luminous. Although there is many company in India those are making power product like Inverter, UPS, and Batteries. But All have only one problem that is after sell services, but luminous gave me a great surprise. In this bad summer there is some problem in my luminous inverter and I gess this will take two or three days after informing company. But when I called luminous they provide technical assistance within 24 hours and they not only solved my problem but also gave some great tips for proper use of power inverter. So Luminous is now proff that it is not only a great manufacture of power products but its after sell services are also very punctual. So I would like to congratulate and thanks to luminous consumer servicing team for providing such a good service and launching toll free help line.
