The graphic is Marilyn Monroe, but I putzed with it in PS, so it just looks like someone flappin up her dress. It's done in blacks, whites, and some light pinks (not bright... dusty) Room for links and archives and such, I think a tagboard would look kind of retarded with this skin. One image. Get it here.
