This is fairly simple; there's a lot of angsty background to my reason for making this that I don't really want to go into, but anyway...

I quite like this skin, as it's dark (and the image is from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone :P) - black and blue, a combination I find rather pretty. Unfortunately for you, there is no place for navigation/tagboard, etc., because I was feeling kind of "blah" about blogging when I made this. Philosophical, or something. If you can figure out somewhere to implement your own navigation, go ahead, but please leave my link.

I realize that the background doesn't align properly in the Blogskins preview; however, it should work out when you put it on your blog.

Very nice, simple. There is no nav bar, though. Otherwise, it's very good.
