Special Edition: Happy National Day 2009!

OVERVIEW
It's extremely irritating if your mouse gets double reaction syndrome (one click = two clicks). Anyhow, this is a very simple relink skin. Which is based on 2009 National Day Theme Song, What Do You See by Electrico lyrics. The title is obviously because today is a very special day. I know it's simple. Change the lyrics if you want :) Hope you'll like this. Happy birthday Singapore! :D Tested in Mozilla Firefox only.
