i understand that you are just picking up, but way to go! ^^
here are ways i think you can improve on:
- If you want to draw your words out, its better if you could try typing them instead because you dont seem to be showing any signs of ability to control your mouse when it comes to drawing. dont worry, its common.

-if its for things like introduction words.
like you have indicated this:
CAUTION:/ Entering my Private blog... Ohoh Ohoh . . . . Nah , you are not invited XP HaHaHa ! You ps alr.. TskTsk!

you should have made it with better care, for example, making it more colourful, making it bigger, and with a nicer font too. like this, not only its more visible to others, it is also much more attractive to viewers.
and also, this sentence would make people say things like: wadever.
because its too close between those two words, not physically of course.
No offence, but its true. (:
eg. you said: CAUTION:/ Entering my Private blog... Ohoh Ohoh . . . . Nah , you are not invited XP
_Firstly its not serious.
it doesnt sound serious, either does it have any humorous words in it.
it does attract attention, but i believe more attention attracted are negative ones.
so it may not be too ideal.

then you said:You ps alr.. TskTsk!
But, you put them so close such that, people would think: wadever, like i care?
because you said that the viewer was embarrassed, but no, of course not.
you continued it with a "tsk tsk",
which was utterly meaningless.
so it would probably mean something like..
the slang term: act cute.
which also add to more dislike to it.
(just my opinion of course, maybe not to others)
so please do pay more attention to words you illustrate in sentences. Especially places where its most well read, like disclaimer and profile pages.
its really important.
Long time users wouldnt find it very pleasant, so they might take it away, and ur efforts are wasted.

-Take note of the colours used when you had the picture designed.
Since you are using black,most likely others will find black more..meaningful i should say, if you use brighter colours such as yellow or green.
Picture quality has to be good of course. (:
Back to colours again, if you want to match the colours well, use colours that are of two different types.
eg. Barney. Barney main colour is purple. But his tummy is green. Green and purple are 2 different oposite colours.

or you can say: Black and Yellow, Black and Bright Green. Black and Pink.

-You said, trick people into entering your blog. I think its not very wise if this is the way you are doing it. this skin is probably more suitable if it was a relink type of skin, because of the content and how common it is. I really did actually thought it was a relink skin. you can say i am blind, but yes, this is how issit like.

Use the text located there to write the words so it looks nice and better.
