53 - Current Issue - EXAM

This skin is made for my friend, giving me an idea to make a blogskins for current issue, so that people know why we're not blogging for sometimes... Like this one, I put the header as EXAMINATION is on, so people realized why. :) It's just a sophisticated information that anyone would be able to read ever before reading our blog post. :) Background is as usual made by Photoshop CS2, by me! :D credits are in skins; but - here's for you.
