Haha... the first time I saw this picture I thought it was adorable. It made me feel all bubbly inside.. XD Sooo I decided to make a skin out of it. It looks cleaner than a lot of my other skins, a little plain I guess.

jeeohdee: Hmm.. that's strange, the picture is neither blurred nor stretched on my computer. *Blames her stupid browser*. If you're referring to the swirls and stars (which I doubt), they were intentionally made that way. ^^; But I will remember to decrease the screen resolution next time. Thank you very much for the feedback! ^_^
