A relatively simple skin. Or not.

I love the blockquote! I decided to make a curvy-edged one and make the borders double. It's a pioneering blockquote! And especially when you hover over it, it looks like some jelly. Speaking of jellieeeees! :9

Anyway, took some time to make this, so do rate properly.
The spacings between each table has been spaced out more so you can customise neatly. Please keep the credits there. I'm being nice already you know! I've already got some asses who took my codes without asking. Please ask. Like it's very difficult. -.-

The preview is super screwed in IE! The expansion codes especially. The blockquote doesn't show the hover effects and rounded-edges (Common in other skins). Otherwise, it should be alright. Not sure if this skin works well live in IE or not. Testers, anyone?
