Wohoo!
My first try at making a skin.
Got this random inspiration during Jap class to make the banner filled with I Love You in diff languages.

I know that the image ain't very sharp. Which i also don't know what's the reason for it. Coz it showed up pretty clearly on paint. But became a little unsharp after uploading to photobucket.

I seriously know this skin sucks.
It's pretty random.
