P!R : Never ever

No using of my codes.
Efforts put in, i hope it's seen as i'd struggled making this design out. I've got my inspirations from Disasterf-all. Anyway, this would be the last skin which i'll be submitting into this community unless i have inspirations. Also, i know my skills are rusty now.

This skin is only tested in Google Chrome. Thus, i'm not very sure if it looks good in other browsers. BUT, it suck in Internet Explorer. ._.

There isn't supposed to have a white border or whatever it is, to be at the top of the layout!! Also, i apologise if there is any spelling/grammar errors!
Don't rate if you don't like, thank you very much.
You guys can always change the borders from 12px to 0px! So don't ever rate me down because you don't like the borders!
