Yu-Gi-Oh!

It's been 3 months since I last took a look at this layout and I see that the picture has changed (good) but is still being stolen from another website: www.killermovies.com (bad) The snowflakes still need to go but it's definitely gotten better since last time. You really need to go to a free server and host your own pictures. lol Mary, yeah I do have lots to say... I just hope they listen.

You shouldn't have let the screen scroll down like that, showing the repeat of the background, it looks sloppy. Maybe try text boxes that allow you to keep the text in a specified area with scroll bars. Then the background won't repeat. The words are incredibly difficult to read on that background. It needs a solid color behind the words. And I really don't see what the snowflakes add to the design.
The reason why you are getting a 1 instead of a better score (3): You are stealing bandwidth from Cinemas Henry for the background as can be seen in the source coding. Bandwith stealing is just wrong and everyone that uses that layout will have problems if Cinemas Henry wants to take the picture down.
