It's been a while since I last submitted a skin. Wazzup? :DDD Ohkay, usual drills people. thanks.

p.s. IMAGE DOESN'T LOOK GOOD IN IE. boo :| and Skin's meant to be the way it is. And the image too. (coz when I first tested it, the image's background doesn't match the skin's background :\ so I decided to cut some parts of it to make those uneven parts transparent. and that's the result. ergs.)
