ALYNQ//Ode to Seventeen

fully fixed : there shouldn't be any layout flaws, although taste-wise i could still edit this.

I tried to fix all of the problems and it still has the potential to work across all browsers but it takes so long to load in internet explorer and the height is affected in google chrome.
