Hm.. this is a decent layout.. I'm not very fond of having impact as a font, the image is very pixellated. I would suggest not saving the image as a GIF because it doesn't hold enough color. Other than that, this has potential. =)

It's an okay layout. However, there is a lot of pixellation int he image and the sticky caps in the links aren't very becoming (it's not very professional). In addition, the text colours are a bit too bright and bold. You usually want to go with colours that are prominent in your actual layout instead of putting something overly bold. Nice try though.
