About this design
This is my 15th design here, hope you nice people will like it and give support.
This design's is made with a anime
picture. colour scheme is pale steelblue.
What i've got to say
this is my first attempt at anime skins. hope i did a fairly good job. i'm still exploring the use of photoshop so please
point out the areas of improvement. thx a lot! =D
