bluee layout. not my best piece of work too..
dun really like the alignment of the boxes and everything. oh well. maybe some people will like it..

please upload the pic on ur own server.. here's the photo..

when u use the skin, please remove my tagboard code and insert ur own one. i put mine there to show u how it will look like.
if u would like the same tag board, same look and everything. go to my shout box and get it.
width=200, height=220 and Colorset/Theme is [ glassblue ].. u may also change the colour of the smiley faces.

as usual, please leave my link there. dun remove it. =]
