Just remember that people using firefox won't be able to appreciate the cool cursor and the black/orange scrollbars, so be sure to put a note somewhere that it is best viewed with IE. I like it alot - except the layout is a little akward, usually you want to avoid making people scroll left and right - just have them scroll up and down. But good job overall!
