A Tribute to Vic Zhou

I found this picture of F4 guy Vic Zhou stored in my computer( I don't know why, must be my sister's ) and I decided to make a skin out of it, just for fun
And here it is. My third skin. This time, for guys :) ( and girls too) It features nice orange and white combinations. Just take a look.
I'm sorry though, that this skin doesn't look that good in a 800x600 desktop. but you can still use it nonetheless.
I had made this skin as modifiable and user friendly as best I can. Please feel free to modify this as you wish, and if you know how to. :)
Also, please feel free to comment.It will be very much appreciated. :)
