Valid CSS. Tested in IE6, Firefox 1.0.3, Netscape 7.1, and Opera 8.0.
I finally could no longer resist the siren call of pinuptoons. They're just too friggin' cute and sexy, so I jumped on the bandwagon. Yeah, I'm a lemming, big deal. On to the specs...
Div layers. Blockquote and unordered lists are defined; the unordered list uses a square instead of a disc. The blog title kerning is defined. Journal post titles will appear in all lowercase characters. Post date headers and the blog title will appear in all uppercase characters. Images posted by the user in the blog entries section SHOULD NOT EXCEED 370 pixels in width or I swear, your blog's sure gonna look ugly. This skin was designed a bit narrow so 800x600 screen res viewers can't bitch about scrolling sideways.
If you remove the credits, especially the ones to pinuptoons, truly-sarah, and font village, and I find out... I'll point at you, laugh, and call you a fucktard in front of all your friends. Okay, I won't really do that, but I'll be pissed, because you should know better and mind your manners.
This is a good skin for people who'd like to take advantage of the different Blogger features such as the Blogger profile, Previous Posts, and Comments. These features don't work in the Blogskins.com preview, so as always, I recommend that you check out the sample I've set up on my site. You can view it here:

If you happen to like the Blogger NavBar, then here's some good news -- you don't have to alter a thing in the template. I put enough space at the top so that the image doesn't get covered up by the NavBar. Out of all the NavBars that Blogger has made, the black one will look best with this template.
If you'd like to disable the NavBar, visit here for information on how to do so.
you will have to upload the two images to your own image-hosting account. You don't have any choice in the matter, because I've disabled hotlinking to my website. The only reason why the images are appearing here on the blogskins.com preview is because this site is on my 'allowed' list.
Here are the images:

Pre-emptive stuff:
Nooooooo... I do not make colored scrollbars for my skins. Why? 'Cause my browser of choice (Firefox) doesn't recognize that code. Internet Explorer is the only one that will show colored scrollbars; those scrollbar attributes are proprietary to MicroSoft. In other words, they are not recognized as valid CSS; if I did put in colored scrollbars, I would no longer be able to claim that this skin's code contains valid CSS because it'd be a lie. When the W3C recognizes scrollbar attributes as valid, or when the other major players in the browser arena (Opera, Netscape, Firefox) start recognizing these attributes, whichever comes first -- that is the day I'll start assigning colors to scrollbars in my skins. =)
'Kay then. I think I've said more than enough.
In response to comments:
1) Hey, assholes. Help a gal out a little by telling her exactly what it is you don't like instead of just blurting out 'not nice' and then digging out without elaborating! I can't fix something if I don't know what's wrong with it.
2) LOL at 'taste and class'. My tastes are apparently different from yours, jesusislord! But thanks for your comment about the layout and colors. Much appreciated. =)
