avarice v1.0 (ad-free)

For a different version of this theme, trymoney is all you need.

This is the same "avarice" skin as before. I deleted it out of misplaced frustration.

I am thinking of making a couple of subtle refinements, so I decided to term this version 1.0.

Please leave constructive comments; telling me what you like and don't like allows me to improve.
