electric watermelon 2

this is the exact same skin as my first version. i just took out the fake tagboard so that i could edit in and put it into categories .... something about the fake tagboard i used makes it so i can't edit my blog skins ....
yeah, so you don't need to really know that, i just thought i'd tell you so that you don't yell at me for having it here twice!

i'm also sorry to use the same basic design again, but i really like this one, also this one has one BIG difference (alhtough it looks small) i invented a way to make the border two colors at once!!!!!!!! weeeeeeeeee!
