my phone was dead for a few hours
i realized my hate for it
i have to depend on it for everything
it's controlling us!

mind-controlling machines.

perhaps we'd come to a position where everything depends on it. reminders, birthdays, due dates, blah blah and all that. would that mean that technology will soon emerge victorious and become our masters instead? (think war of the worlds). this is freaky. we should run to the vast plains of Africa and hide away. life without technology is great. too much is simply scary.
