Ashlee Simpson: Dreams

this skin has a light blue background and features ashlee simpson kinda in a cloudy feel. I think i have fixed the scrollbar issue. I found a new code. although i don't liek the fact that there is a bottom scroll even though it doesn't need it. Atleast everything is aligned correctly. So well tell me what you think!

As for the boxes you could revamp teh entire skin and put in a repeating background (for the boxes) so there wont be any scrolling whatsoever. Other than that, its pretty good.
